ROADTRIP ESSENTIALS: The best meat pies in Australia, amazing coffee and a picturesque hidden gem to enjoy them at. Today we headed to Pinjarra to check out the @pinjarra_bakery which recently won the best meat pie in Australia. With a picnic basket full of treats we drove 15 minutes to the North Dandelup Dam and set up for the day. With lots of picnic tables, free gas BBQs, grassed areas and toilets it’s a perfect spot to spend the day with the family. FREE COMMUNITY EVENT the @allstarskidsclubperth Family Fun Day is on Saturday 7th December from 12-4pm at the @joondalupfamilycentre All Stars is a not for profit I started with my amazing friend @ihearthealing we run a weekly social club for autistic kiddos and their families. This family fun day will be celebrating United Nations' International Day of People with Disability 2019 ⭐️ This free event is open to all members of the community, there will be an animal farm, a visit from Santa, activities, karaoke, bubbles, a chill out zone and so much more! Plus there will be a sausage sizzle, raffle tickets, cakes, craft and books available to purchase with all money raised going to the All Stars Kids Club! This Wednesday we met the incredible Meg from @nutmegzeducation who runs food education shows, sessions and cooking workshops that broaden children’s horizons around food. As you can see the @allstarskidsclubperth kids loved it and were so engaged! Check out their delicious donuts 🍎 Meg is a mum of 4, an early childhood educator and food coordinator. Nutmegz was born from a deep passion for nutrition and sustainability. Schools, community groups, childcare centres, mothers groups, home school groups and OSH services can all benefit from session with Nutmegz! What a day! We had a massive day at the @perthroyalshow today 🎡 We were having so much fun we ended up staying for 7 hours! We patted a lot of animals, learnt new things, went on a LOT of rides and most of all had a fun family day together!
